Parking Lot Paving
Loading dock area. Mill and overlay ground down the failed top layer and placed a new hot mix surface, restoring the drive lanes where trucks stage and turn every day.
Parking Lot Paving and Striping
Church parking lot. Full asphalt paving with fresh striping and ADA markings so parishioners find their way and accessible parking is compliant.

Full Depth Paving
Municipal road. The pavement had failed all the way through. We removed down to subgrade, rebuilt the base, and paved over so the road holds up under public traffic and weather.

Accessible Route
Retail shopping center. Existing accessible travel path was reworked. The curb ramp, cross slopes, and detectable warnings were brought up to current ADA standards.
Full Depth Repairs and Overlay
Self storage facility. Failed sections were repaired to full depth, then a full lot overlay was placed across the drive lanes. Clean, smooth surface serving RV, boat, and vehicle storage.
Mill and Overlay
Commercial access road. Failed asphalt was ground down and a new hot mix overlay placed for a smoother, longer lasting drive surface.
Handicap Parking Stalls
Retail shopping center. The original accessible stalls in asphalt were rebuilt in concrete. Adjacent storefront sidewalks were regraded to compliant slopes.
Seal Coating
Office property. Concrete and asphalt were replaced in failed areas, then followed shortly after with crack sealing, seal coating, and striping to extend the surface life.
Mill, Overlay, and Striping
Commercial access road. The failed top layer was milled and a new asphalt overlay placed, then full lane striping and directional markings added. Lines, arrows, and stalls brought back to a clean layout.
ADA Compliance
Retail shopping center. Full accessibility sweep. Path of travel brought into current code.
Seal Coating
Retail property. Localized infrared repair on distressed asphalt, followed by crack sealing, a full lot seal coat, and new striping for a uniform finish.
ADA Ramp Conversion
Retail property. An old route with stairs was converted to a compliant ramp with handrails, rebuilt to meet current ADA slope and landing requirements.
